Hazel Paras is a young professional writer, missionary, and speaker with a passion for pointing women to Christ-Centered Feminism. She is motivated by her desire to help women to not only become aware of their worth, but also to live a lifestyle that matches their worth, to exchange mediocrity for a thriving spiritual life that makes waves and waves of impact on the world. Thus, she was lead to starting Priscilla Today and aiming to first strengthen the women of the churches through this three-month long study series that contains all the books she has written under the guidance of significant women leaders.
Her fire for women empowerment first sparked in her, back when she was studying in an all-girls' school, Miriam College. Then this fire lead her to explore feminism that is, first and foremost, Biblically-based.
Hazel graduated Cum Laude from Miriam College and was awarded Best in Thesis for her paper entitled "Gender Representation of Women in Catholic All-Girls' School Publications in Metro Manila" and she is now currently taking up her postgraduate studies for a Master's degree in Integrated Marketing Communication with the goal of bringing this advocacy to life in the form of a worldwide campaign.

To the Women of Worth,
This advocacy is born out of a heart that is passionate to witness a generation where every woman is well-aware of her worth in a holistic point-of-view: physically, emotionally, socially, legally and most of all, spiritually and Biblically.
In a world that objectifies women through music videos, beauty pageants, men’s magazines, in a generation where there are women are experiencing inequality, violence and discrimination, this advocacy empowers women of the church to transform and empower her nation, her generation and her people, by first, empowering herself through the power of Christ. This advocacy believes that this is her time because she is Priscilla Today.
